  Called in to place an order for our fantasy football party and couldn't understand what the guy was saying. By the time i realized that he was saying pickup or delivery he hung up on me so hot z' s got our order.

  I used to really enjoy Parma's. My friends and I have spent hundreds of dollars there.. it may be new management or something but the customer service is horrible..I ordered a Stromboli and it was not how I ordered it. Then today I ordered 2 cheese steaks. Called back an hour later wondering where my food was and was told the driver just left. Then was told the same thing when I called 15 mins later.. it only takes me 5 mins to get there... Unfortunately now my friends and I will find somewhere else to spend our money..
